Prioritizes local materials: rubble stone, local fir, rammed earth. Built by local craftsmen.

Sustainability

Fully passive design. Lifecycle carbon emissions only 40% of equivalent urban buildings.

Outlook

Expected completion by year end. Annual investment of no less than 1 million RMB.
